Terms of Service

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Tickwork (the “Service”) at tickwork.co, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a team or company, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Tickwork is a team task-management app with an AI assistant (Checki) and optional integrations, including Google Calendar and Gmail. Features may change over time.

Your account

  • You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any third-party account (such as Google) you link.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach security, disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you create and the messages you send through the Service.

Third-party integrations

When you connect Google or other services, your use of those services is also governed by their terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time in Settings. Your use of Google user data within Tickwork is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Tickwork is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
